We are not a law firm

Righted is a technology platform. We are not a law firm, we are not lawyers, and nothing on this website or in our chat assistant is legal advice. Our chat assistant collects the facts of your experience — it does not, and cannot, assess whether you have a valid legal claim, predict any outcome, or estimate what compensation you might receive. If you want advice about your individual situation, speak to a qualified lawyer or a community legal centre.

We do not give financial advice

Content on this platform — including content about superannuation, insurance, or financial products — is general information only. It does not take your personal circumstances into account and is not financial product advice. Before making decisions about financial products, consider seeking guidance from a licensed financial adviser.

No outcome is guaranteed

Recording a grievance on Righted does not mean a legal claim will be brought, that a litigation funder will take on your cluster, or that you will receive any payment. Group legal claims are uncertain, can take years, and can fail. Any figures on this website describing potential group claims are estimates or historical examples, not promises about your case.

Free alternatives exist

You can pursue most complaints yourself at no cost: complain directly to the company, and if unresolved, use the free ombudsman services — in Australia, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (afca.org.au) for financial services complaints including superannuation; in New Zealand, the relevant approved dispute resolution scheme. Using Righted does not replace or limit those rights.

About the companies named on this platform

References to companies, regulator findings, penalties, or court proceedings are drawn from public records and reputable sources, with links provided where available. A regulator's finding against a company does not by itself establish your individual entitlement to compensation. If you believe anything published here is inaccurate, contact us at contact@joinrighted.com and we will review it promptly.

Your decisions are your own

If you choose to share your submission with a litigation funder and law firm, any agreement you then sign (such as a funding agreement or legal retainer) is between you and them. Read those documents carefully. You are entitled to seek independent legal advice before signing anything — for significant claims, we encourage it.
